Wiltshire Truffles
Wiltshire Truffles was founded in 2010 by Zak Frost and his wife Nina. Their three young sons are gradually learning the business and Zak’s mother Charlotte helps with packing and distribution – a genuine family company.
Originally, they sold only English truffles, personally hunted by their dogs, growing wild around his family farm in Wiltshire.
Over the years their passion and love of truffles has led to them forming long term partnerships and lifelong friendships with other hunters and growers around the world.
Working with these exclusive partners, they have sourced the finest truffles from five other countries, always importing them direct from the woods straight after harvest for the ultimate in freshness.
Every year Zak travels to all the countries from which his truffles are hunted – provenance, trust and quality are everything. Their partners are all very carefully selected for their dependability and for the unmatched quality of their truffles.
Meanwhile, Zak and his family have planted large new woodlands in Wiltshire in the hope of dramatically increasing the supply of English truffles for the future.
