Sustainability

Sustainability is incredibly important to us. The future is all about sustainability- to do what we can to be conscientious and to be active in looking after the environment that has given us so much. And so we want to do as much as we can to help forge a better future. 

 ALL TASTE NO WASTE

Our approach to reducing food waste is to use our surplus produce from our stall, that we cannot sell but is perfectly edible, and use it to make street food and juices available at Borough Market and Greenwich Market. Our quality produce then has an extended life and can still be enjoyed.
