What started as a wholesale stall selling speciality produce to restaurants has grown into a vibrant operation offering fresh, high-quality produce to all. Today, we’re known for our signature dishes, including Wild Mushroom Risotto, Chocolate Covered Strawberries, Triple Cooked Chips, and Fresh Juice.

Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do.
As our stall grew, it became essential for us to do so in an environmentally responsible way. We began by transforming overripe produce into freshly pressed juices. These quickly became a customer favourite and so we expanded our sustainable practises further.

Our surplus Wild Mushrooms and specialist produce became the foundation for our beloved spelt risotto, while leftover tomatoes and carrots from our displays were transformed into homemade ketchup and curry sauce for our signature triple-cooked chips.
Our dedication to sustainability and exceptional quality means that the surplus we use often exceeds the standard many restaurants are willing to pay for.

This enables us to create dishes with only the finest, premium ingredients. From the Roscoff onions and Lautrec garlic in our stock to the Sugarloaf pineapples and Laudani citrus fruits in our freshly pressed juices, every dish showcases the care, attention, and excellence we put into everything we do.
