Delivery Times
- Delivery dates and time windows are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
- During busy periods (such as holidays or market peaks), delivery times may vary.
Delivery Requirements - Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at the time of ordering.
- If no one is available to receive the order, it may be:
o Left in a safe place
o Left with a neighbour
o Returned to us
This will depend on the driver’s discretion and the nature of the location.
Turnips cannot accept responsibility for orders that deteriorate after being successfully
delivered.
Incorrect Addresses
We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information
provided by the customer. Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.
Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, transport disruption, or
other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Returns & Refunds
You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you
received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require
a receipt or proof of purchase.
Perishable products such as flowers and fresh produce cannot be returned and
refunded once they have been delivered.
Additional non-returnable items: - Gift cards
However, your satisfaction is very important to us.
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if: - Your order arrives damaged
- Items are faulty
- The product is significantly different from what you ordered
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that
we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection
of your replacement or refund.
A) Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to 43 Borough Market, London,

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping
service or purchasing shipping insurance.
B) Refund
If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method
of payment within 14 days.
