• All bouquets, floral arrangements, and related products are subject to
  availability.
• Due to the natural and seasonal nature of flowers and fresh produce,
  variations in colour, flower variety, size, and packaging may occur.
• Images on our website are for illustrative purposes only.
• Where necessary, we reserve the right to substitute flowers with alternatives of
  equal or greater value.
  Placing an Order
• Orders are placed via our website.
• Once your order is submitted and payment is received, you will receive an order
  confirmation email.
• Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve
  the right to refuse or cancel orders due to availability, pricing errors, or delivery
  limitations.
• If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.
  Prices & Payment
• All prices are listed in GBP (£).
• Prices include VAT where applicable.
• Delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.
• We accept payment via the payment methods shown on our website.
• Full payment is required before orders are prepared or dispatched.
  Delivery
• Delivery dates and times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• If no recipient is available, the order may be left in a safe place or returned,
  depending on courier policy.
  Perishable Goods, Refunds & Complaints
  Flowers and fresh produce are classified as perishable goods under the Consumer
  Contracts Regulations 2013 and are therefore exempt from the 14-day cooling-off
  period.
• Once delivered, bouquets cannot be returned.
• Refunds or replacements will be offered only if:
  o The product arrives damaged
  o The product is faulty
  o The product is significantly different from what was ordered
• Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, supported by
  photographic evidence.
• Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
  Cancellations & Amendments
• Once preparation or dispatch has begun, cancellations or amendments are no
  longer possible.
  Intellectual Property
• All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and branding, is owned
  by or licensed to Turnips.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any website content without our
  prior written permission.
