Turnips Academy is designed to help our team take the next step in their careers – whether by building their own business or launching a franchise under the Turnips’ name.
If you’ve been with Turnips for at least three years or joined through our Academy FastTrack Programme, you’ll have the chance to pitch your business idea to our Board of Directors. If your idea shows potential, we’ll provide financial investment, hands-on mentorship, and expert guidance in marketing, administration, and accountancy. You’ll also receive in-depth operations training through Turnips’ floor systems, gaining real-world experience from day one to help you successfully run your venture.
